Dr. Susan Rai
Post-Doctoral Clinician
Hello! I am Susan, a Post-Doctoral Clinician at the North Shore CBT Centre. I provide
psycho-educational and psycho-diagnostic assessments for youth (7+) and adults.
I specializes in administering and interpreting a variety of assessment tools that inform diagnosis and treatment planning. My clinical experience spans across various populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, and I am adept at addressing a range of concerns, from learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, ADHD, gifted profiles, and mental health issues..
I understand how learning difficulties can sometimes impact a child’s social and emotional functioning and self-esteem. I provide helpful recommendations for teachers at school and parents at home to help children become confident learners. I am committed to utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure accurate, insightful assessments that promote well-being.
Passionate about collaboration, I strive to provide clear feedback and tailored recommendations that meet each individual’s unique needs. I believe in the power of psychological evaluation as a tool for empowerment and growth.
Outside of work, I enjoy cycling, playing/coaching soccer, baking and spending
quality time with my daughter.
